The extended version of this song was only available on the Blue Jays cassette. The jam session at the end of the song reportedly ran longer than this version.

Video Experiment Day 12: I wanted to make this a slice of history to honor Blue Jays and the events surrounding the album and singles. The emphasis was more on content than technical experimentation. I wanted to make the viewer feel like they had opened a time capsule where some things were familiar and others were less so.

Other remarks: Do you think Justin was a little influenced by Santana during the jam session? It would be nice if they would release a special SACD of Blue Jays with the full extended version and other rarities.

  • There is not one song on this album that I can find any fault with despite the lack of Mike`s Mellotron.

  • AMAZING. So much talent and such a great song.

  • I've had this record from the beginning, but I never heard the extended jam at the end of this song. It's great, kind of a taste of things to come on the Songwriter album.

  • As much as I love you, and I do, Jesus loves you so much more. He is God. He is gracious, kind, forgiving, and gives you more love and peace than you could ever imagine. Please ask Him into your heart.

  • @kn1ghtstemplar This song was written by Hayward about his relationship with Pinder at that time following the split.

  • Bands broke up in those days and the offshoots still produced great music.
