    I just watched a almost 2 minute video of cats touching an I pad screen with fish on it. The entire time I was laughing to my self thinking "hahah wow. Cats are so easily entertained."     The worst consequence of declawing a cat is if its outside and unable to defend itself. Clawing is a natural instinct for cats; buy them a catnip post and just learn to live with the fact that furniture is going to get a little frayed.
