  • This is a terrible tragedy that plays out all to often in America. This is an example of a family who are good Americans that were snubbed when they needed help. We protect illegal imigrants more that we do actual citizens. This family went through all the necessary channels to save their loved one, to no avail. The courage and grace that she shows in her speech is a testament to how honorable her family is. I wonder how many insurance people went bankrupt because of sickness.

  • I think what Veronica is doing is very brave and touching. Everyone should stand strong behind here and continue to support health care reform. By the way, I don't even live in America
