  • @DubfromGA, I start reloading after I bought this gun, and I do 500 or 700 grain rounds with like 30 grain powder, an holy shit , and to the other guy it is the most powerful PRODUCTION handgun in the world

  • Dam it sure has a kick to it :P

  • @retsamwohs Loads and loads my friend

  • how accurate/powerful was it? im thinking about investing in one my self but idk if i should get this or spend less money and get the classic long barrel with the adjustable compensator and hivis sight

  • @bassmaster0425 the only problem with dat dude is that they ran only 1000 of the bone collectors, but if u buy the hunter, its the same gun less fancy, very powerful, lots of kick, VERRRY accurate, my bro has the 8 3\8 inch barreled one and it is beautiful and still very accurate... and for the price difference between the hunter and the 8 3/8 inch, i recomend the 500 with the 8 3/8 inch barrel...save u alot of money with still the same bang

    -I hope this helped ya

    Mike

  • you seem to handle it better then your camera man

  • LEAN INTO IT GAY BOY

  • I hate the disclaimer that it's the most powerful 'production' revolver- the Pfeiffer Zeliska fires large rifle bullets and weighs more than most rifles one could argue it's a stockless carbine lol

  • @13gjose The bone collector is just a trademark name added to 1000 S&W 500 Performance Center revolvers. (aka in cali books 500 Hunter or just 500 with 10.5" barrel) Its the same thing just a different color, has a smooth cylinder, Bone Collector tagged, and rarer than other 500's. So it equaly compairs to the Performance Center's velocity, accuracy, and power.

  • Thats a nice lookin piece. The thing that sucks about Cali is that i cant get it even though it looks, besides the color and cylinder, just like my performance center 500!

  • Proud owner of #870 :P

  • can someone tell if this bone collector 500 s&w is the most powerful handgun

  • Bought one earlier this month and shot it yesterday for first time. The gun is highly accurate and tons of fun to shoot.

It is going to get me back into handloading so I can really work up some nasty loads for it and afford to shoot them.

It handles recoil very well and the trigger is sublime. Certainly no need for gloves or other silly gear....just some shatterproof eyewear and decent ear plugs and you are ready.

  • talk about showing that revolver who's boss

  • They have one for sale at my range for about $1250, it is freaking enormous, it even dwarfs the desert eagle...
