COUNTRY PLEASURE CHAMPIONSHIP/ADULT.

The rest of the class. 4th out of 9.

Freddy is usually more forward than this. He had been shown the whole weekend and was quite exhausted, so he didn't have a lot of oomph to him. But, he was steady and had nice transitions. He did his job; his headset consistancy is improving. I was very proud; especially when some trainer ran out of her way to come tell me I should've gotten reserve champion. :D

It was just taped on a fuji Finepix Z20. It's a blue digital camera, I bought it at Walmart on sale for like $150, and it's 10 megapixels. Great pics and videos!

he does loo ka bit tired, but he showed well, and he didnt do anything stupid. i think it was a overall good class.

He was exhausted. He was real go forward the first night, but then he kept progressively getting more exhausted. But C/P isn't all about motion, so it wasn't a big deal. He was well-mannered, had all of his transitions, a pretty decent headset, didn't try anything stupid...and that's really what Country Pleasure is supposed to be about. The judge was from KY and a real snobby guy. Kept saying that all the 'big barns' out here meant nothing to him because they aren't known where he is from...

and he placed me 4th above 5 other people, mostly trainers who had real nice horses. So apparently, we did something right. He's definitely improving from me being deathly afraid to ride him; him rearing when I asked for his head; and now being perfect and doing what I ask, whether he's tired or not.
