@melvinifudu, modern P1 chassis' generate so much grip a little bit of kickback through the steering is completely normal. Also, don't forget what we are seeing is his out lap and second lap, he'd be a muppet to cain it straight out of the box. How do you know they weren't just doing a few installation laps to bed something in?
Clint Field is a good sportscar driver, that's why he's out there doing it and we are watching on youtube.

@melvinifudu Your comparing a prototype car to either an F1, or a DTM Merc (as those are the only things I have seen Mika driving), both of which are totally different from the car in question, and never raced Laguna, have you driven at Laguna before, in a car similar to a prototype or an open wheel car?
Other videos I have seen of ALMS at Laguna shows the same kind of feedback through the wheel but not as severe as this, they might be changing chassis this season, probably a good reason why.

No wonder other p1 cars are raping him.
Either the car is malfunctioning or he cant drive, period.
