I would love to join you. I've always wanted to join the Muppet crew, but I've never known how, so joining you in this would be wonderful.

@FroggleBird I guess you're right. Although, remember Frank Oz still performs Cookie Monster, Grover & Bert a few times every year so that is somethin

@MommyMacyx4 I understand your frustration. Unfortunetely I can't see to many reasons to argue against their decission. In olden days, Ernie and Bert were performed by Jim henson and Frank Oz. For them, the script was a guideline for them to build their comedic improve skills around. Two decades later and the conditions have completely changed, with the new performers either lacking creativity or too scared to risk crossing lines and loosing their jobs. Being predictable, why not clamate them?
sesame street is fine, the muppets are fine, all of jim hensons work is all fine u need to chill out dude the muppets new movie has lots of connections to the old days with historic characters like wayne and wanda uncle deadly and more so jusy lay off

@muhammedbg123 Just because the those puppets show up in the movie doesn't mean that they're going to be portrayed in any way that properly resembles the original characters we fell in love with on the Muppet Show. There are those of us who watch what the Muppet characters do nowadays and NOT allow the nostalga of memory lane to cloud their performance rating. I fear that you might not fit into that category. These characters should not be coasting on how entertaining they were in the past.

AT LAST!!!! Someone as upset as I still am about Frank & Jerry no longer being in the Muppet business!!!!
TheaterServant 3 months ago
@TheaterServant Upset yes, but also unerstanding. Frank and Jerry are getting on in years, and the prefessional performer perfers to be seen either at the top of his/her game or not at all. Besides, with all the restrictions on what Muppets are and aren't allowed to do these days, I imagine the enviorment has become too depressing to enjoy for them. If it's this painful for fans like us to see the Muppets freedom cut down and creativity caged, I can't even begin to comprehend how they feel.
