What's the point of the video? It's obvious that he is talking about being a threat TO THE US in the first clip and a threat in GENERAL in the last.

Iran does NOT pose a threat to us militarily. We have had nuclear defense systems since the cold war designed to intercept all-out nuclear conflict with the Soviets; a few nukes is nothing.

However, it is a threat to ISRAEL. There is no contradiction.

"So, I've made it clear for years that the threat from Iran is grave. But what I've said is that we should not just talk to our friends. We should be willing to engage our enemies as well. That's what diplomacy is all about."

I guess the 200,000 US military personnel in Iraq and the 30,000 in Afghanistan do not count?
