@devilsown18 where were shia Imams ?? where were Hussain r.a, hasan r.a when badr was fought..when uhad was fought..when khandak hunain all major battle...And according to u ALi r.a and his family dint partipicate in wars during ABu bakr r.a, omar r.a, osman r.a period... During dis times sahabas conquered 1/3 rd of the world..... later after de death osman r.a fitna started.... until tht Muslims were on top...

....he in turn walked to the other 3 uthman, umar, abu bakr (ra) for some water as he was extremely thirsty...they too turned their back on him....he asked themuhammad(saw) why do they do this?....(saw) replies u denied them and they shall deny u!...the man repented and said i believe in all the companions not just these 4...he drank the water and after that he woke up and never felt thirsty ever again...not b 100% on every detail but u get the story....may Allah(swt) grant us knowledge

also my brother....there is a hadith, i cant remember it, ill try and find the lecture and post...there was a man whom only respected ali(ra)... he had a dream that during the times of judgement....he was thirsty and walked upto a water fountain from whom every believer will drink and quench thier thirst for eternity guarded by the 4 caliphs...he walked upto ali(ra) but he turned his back on him...

regarding the matey ^ .....our beloved prophet (saw) loved all his companions as equals...abu bakr(ra) was his best friend, his father in law.....umar(ra) it was said by the prophet(saw) if ther was to b another prophet (which ther wont) it would be him...uthman(ra) was married to 2 of his daughters....ali(ra) was marrie to his most beloved daughter fatima(ra) + many other beloved companions....why do people like u only respect and love ali(ra)? cos he was married to fatima(ra)?
