How do you make the TF2 characters say this stuff? Tutorial? or just tell me? Please!

@KaiBoiii It's just a matter of finding the right syllables from the sentences that the TF2 classes usually say and combining them to form the words you want. For example, if you want Heavy to say "evil", you can use these two sentences:
"I am going to kill you, and kill you, and KILL you!" (take out the "i" from the first "kill" word, and it'll sound like Heavy's pronouncing "E-")
"I will kill you with bare hands!" (take out "will" and it'll sound like "-vil" because of Heavy's accent)

@2007excalibur2007 So for an example to make POOTIS you get "Put dispenser here" Then cut it so it is like this "Putdis" which sounds like POOTIS. COrrect?
