Hi iMoniica,

I deally you would want to do this 3 times a week - alternating days.

so for example: Mon | Wed | Fri

but depending on your fitness level and how sore you feel the next day you can do this routine back to back on consecutive days.

Just keep in mind that rest is important for seeing results.

Hi TenshiRebecca,

try and go for 30 seconds per exercise...or if you really want to get a good sweat going try and go for 1 min each exercise.

Also try and get in 3 sets :)

Start with 30 sec each exercise....

once you get comfortable with that switch over to 1 min each exercise.
