@salzahrah Ofcourse, but you should use the chip to control a relay which controls a motor (because the motor will most likely draw more power than the chip can supply)
Is there anyway to add a speaker to this circuit? When the laser hits the photoresistor an alarm goes on.

@salzahrah Dude, it's just a switch. It should essentially be able to turn anything on or off. :)
