Chef Delia Smith visits an old mill to look at how whole-wheat flour is made, ground the traditional way between two old stones. Delia talks to the mill workers to discuss the techniques and processes that have been used for years to make what Delia likes to call "proper" flour, but with millstones increasingly difficult to find as quarrying dies out, this way of flour-making is under threat.
