  • thank you iamad for the lesson. Can you tell me please or someone here where is the f... ((((playlist))))) plug-in in that software to put the .mid finish tune in it to read it. It's call .set files. Can't find it. Is it exist in acid 8 anyway?? I'm a beginner. Thank you!

    fulldebile il y a 1 seconde

  • @fulldebile I use 7, not 8, but unless they have made a big change you should be able to just drag and drop a .mid file directly into the track list and it should bring up all the tracks.

  • hey mate, can you explain how to record live instruments including vocals? also how do you seperate the sound coming through the monitor speakers and only through the head phones when recording vocals ?????

  • @moas74

I use a program called soundengine for recording. It's a free program and has never let me down. Depending on what you can afford you can buy USB mics to record with, or get an item called an audio interface that has plug-ins for mics and instruments.

Some people like to plug right in, some people prefer to record through a mic for a more analog feel, choice is yours.

Most audio interfaces come with input/output plugs so you can hear what is being recorded.

  • so you have to buy loops i thought it wall free

  • @showgirl225

You can get loops for free, but not most. Think about it. Loops are made by people, most often professional musicians and producers, do you really think they would just give them away?

Sony sells loops that have been done by people like Mick Fleetwood. Lot's of companies sell loops they make themselves with varying degrees of quality.

  • so are you saying the loop is better and helps with the sound quality, and is just overall more advanced to single files or that you need to fuck off?

  • @prammaven

I use soundengine for recording stuff for loops.
