Video of Scooter on Memorial Day, 5/25/09

This is Scooter on Memorial Day, enjoying his water and trying to avoid my granddaughter, lol. You can see he's much perkier and looking better and better everyday. I took him to see his vet today and got a big hug from him. He really thinks Scooter is a miracle dog. Everyone at the clinic was so happy to see him and surprised at how he looks and acts now. Scooter seemed to like all the attention, too. He's doing great and now just needs to put the weight back on. He weighed around 14 lbs. today. His usual weight is around 21-22 lbs. He weighed about 17 lbs. just before his second surgery.

Day, too. Yea, Scooter only weighs about 14 lbs. right now, usually weighs 21-22 lbs. But he's eating really well now and the vet is amazed at his progress. It was an emotional day today when I brought Scooter back to the vet for a follow-up. Scooter's vet said he's a "miracle dog". I credit his vet and the techs for being so good and compassionate.
