Rock Crawling with my homebuilt RC Jeep Rubicon at Salt Creek Rec Area, Clallum County, WA. This is a great park for RC crawling with lots of rock, especially at low tide.

  • What is this truck?

    Axial SCX10?

  • Nope, its a homemade aluminum chassis. It does have axial axles, but the tranny is from a stadium truck as well as the shocks, and the driveshafts are modified traxxes shafts.

  • It has nothing to do with jeep and hummer. that is just a scale shell he put on his crawler. It is probably a custom crawler with many parts from integy, novak, etc. most of these are. mine is. I do like the shell. Alot more than a hummer shell... i know the rubi's are like 80 bucks tho. By rubi i mean Rubicon. i cant find just a shell. only a shitty rubicon rc from toy'r'us. I will have some vids up soon of my ax10 man.... nice video. very real looking. cool vibe too...

  • Actually, the frame is a homemade aluminum frame made to the same shape as the stock jeep frame. You are right though, I could have made the same crawler with a hummer shell. But this is a scale crawler, alot different than a full on crawler.

  • What is the name of the band???

  • Artist:Benton Falls

    Song:Eudora Instrumental

    Album:Fighting Starlight

Found the song on Audioswap and like it lots!

  • Lol, it looks like stop animation at some points throughout haha. Cool video though. Thumbs up.

  • i knewl jeeps were better than hummers...this proves it for sure...

  • This is the HPI body and the flairs are part of it. Paint them flat black from the outside to give them a nice realistic look. If you just want the flairs for a different body, you would have to buy the HPI body and then cut them off and attatch them. Good luck and keep on trucking.

  • where did you get the fender falirs
