hey Mike, just curious what you would charge for a lighting gig like this? You can email me if you want at joeboat23@yahoo.com. Great job on these videos, and thanks for giving back to the DJ community.

I am still trying to figure out how people are not dropping dead from breathing CO2. Can some one explain it for me?

Well done. I'm a landscape business owner with greater aspirations. And I appreciate this video, the way it was filmed, and the straight info you lay down, with modest classy balls lol.

Hey Mike, Luv your videos...This casino night is a great Idea, I wish my area would take off the blinders and see the potential in a fun unique evening like this. sadly Even if they did ....they would pay!.

Hi mike you are right about that, most a DJ we know more about music than lighting because when you are working in a club you don't need to worry about lighting because everything is already set up, But if you decide to DJing for your own business doing events or weddings, then you need to deal with lighting, and man the way you do it, and the way you explain in your videos. Not body do it like you.... for me you are the number one. I learned a lot from you . My Respect for you.
Thanks
What kind of hazer/fogger is that your using will it set off the alarms and as for the comment about lighting over the music in this business you have to be able to think out the box and when you have mastered the dj world lighting is just stepping up your game to another level when you have mastered both you will be the top dog in your area and im sure your not a weekend dj as well big ups to you dj mikey mike keep up the good work peace djshane

Not to be to critical but it seems you spend more time, money and effort on your lights and fog than you do on the music? Did you DJ, or was the light show a bigger part of the arrangement in your deal for the band? Your obviously very enthusiastic about your work, so no disrespect at all I'm just curious.

@mike31jmb All I did was lighting for this event they had a band and didnt need a dj ..as for music I have been doing this for 35 yeaes and 25 of them was 5nights a week in a club so th emusic is just way to easy lighting takes mor time and work and you cant see music on video as you can like the impact the lighting has most DJ know music and dont know lightin so I show them how to do lighting where they may be weak and leave the music to others as the music is just a givin to me
