he's "wide open" because he's better and faster than the others, which is why there's a highlight video... not all receivers can do what robert woods does. when you're better and faster than everyone else you tend to be open for more passes, which the last time i checked is the job of a wide receiver... to be wide open! besides, there's plenty of plays where he makes catches in difficult situations, as well as showcasing route running, juking, and blocking skills.

Robert woods pro comparison is Hakeem nicks! Watch how they both run routes similar vertical and size except woods has a faster 40!

unreal route runner he is to the letter. THATS why he's always open. I remember Jerry Rice the GOAT having a similar skillset.

Lol, the only thing wrong is your ability to evaluate Wrs. This isn't some gimmick, spread offense. USC run a pro style offense, so if he's wide open, that mean they're exploiting poor coverage skills. You have to pay attention to the coverage he's going up against, most of it looks like a cover 2 and cover 1. He's going up against the same coverage he'll see at the next level. He wont be as open at the next level, but he's shown he can make tough catches all over the field.

Idiot. A lot of players play faster than their 40 yard dash and he's a bottom half of the draft pick. 23 is what its startin to look like

Well it appears that I was right about Robert Woods. He lacks elite speed, 4.51 forty at the combine. 3rd-4th round pick.
