Thank you so much for these videos Suzie. I'm 26 and due to have a lumbar fusion with instrumentation at L5/S1 and I'm really scared, but it has to be done if I want quality of life again. At the moment I'm on morphine and the pain is still unbearable. Getting through each day is about as much as I can handle which is made harder by the fact I still have to care for my 6yr old daughter. Your videos are helping me to feel better about the whole thing and maybe it won't be so bad. Michelle x
