FUELING AMERICA'S SPIRIT OF ADVENTURE.
Together, Airstream and Eddie Bauer have more than 160 years of combined experience building quality products for the adventurous outdoor lifestyle. Fittingly, the brands recently signed a multiyear partnership to bring an Eddie Bauer Airstream and co-branded merchandise to market in early 2011.
Outdoor adventure isn't the only thing Eddie Bauer and Airstream have in common. Each brand was founded in the U.S. by one man with a singular dream. Eddie Bauer founded his sport shop in Seattle in 1920 and within a year had his own storefront and quickly became a renowned outfitter and innovator. Wally Byam created the first Airstream in 1931, and in doing so created a new way of life shared by thousands upon Thousands of families.
Eddie Bauer also has a successful history with Ford Motor Company. For over 25 years, the Eddie Bauer premium trim package has been offered on several models of Ford pickups, sport utilities and minivans.
The Airstream and Eddie Bauer partnership will be supported by on-going marketing campaigns from both brands including product placement at high-visbility events such as the Sundance Film Festival, a strong presence within Eddie Bauer's catalogs and 358 stores, and a national public relations push that has already captured the attention of some of the country's top media outlets.
PLUS, IT LOOKS GREAT , TOO!
Panoramic windows and sport hatch with roll-away screen to bring the outdoors "in"
Maple and soapstone laminates, quilted fabrics with contrast piping, "fossil leaf" roof locker doors, and a "fern green" Sunbrella awning to capture the essence of the Eddie Bauer brand.
Goose down pillows, comforter, and packable throw (all furnished by Eddie Bauer) to add comfort and style
Two co-branded daypacks and a duffle bag for an easy and stylish "pack & go"
These are great, and my dream has always been to live in one. Too bad they're over priced.

@rickymaric The Airstreams are a limited edition, handmade, quality product that will last an average of 40+ years. They are more of an inital investment, but will retain a large percentage of their value for resale. Keep the dream of getting an Airstream!

I saw in another video that some skier guys had converted an Eddie Bauer Airstream like this one to serve their purposes. I saw that they had water tank heaters for the cold weather places that they where taking the Airstream in order to keep the water from freezing in all the tanks (Fresh, Gray, and Black). Is that custom? How does this Airstream do in cold weather? Could you say you could take this Airstream to Alaska and spend the winter there?

@Knownothing13 Customers do use their Airstreams in colder weather, however, certain precautions need to be taken with any RV for winter camping.
