As I know, Humans started drinking Cows Milk around Agricultural Revolution over 10000 years ago. It is said that back then they faced a lot of new illnesses mainly because of digestive issues, new grains and living close proximity to animals. Dr Colin Campbell's advice against eating all types of Animal Protein although Humans ate meat for over a million years. So I think his argument is not exactly about our evolution but mainly about our lifestyle and how we overeat high quality proteins.

well i am not sure how long human beings have drank cows milk, but I am pretty sure we have drank milk enough that OUR genes have allowed us to be able to consume cows milk , so the aversive effects are not as overwhelming they probably would have been long ago. i think thats why they say native indians or other isolated tribes are more likely to be lactos intolerant. but what you said was pretty interesting

It is according to Prof. Colin T Campbell and his research. Compared to Human Milk, Cows Milk is a much more concentrated form of Protein because it is designed biologically to be consumed by Calves. As I know the Biological composition of Human Milk however is different and is less Protein "dense" compared to Cows Milk.

um i know you worte this comment three months ago but i think that percieved weight has nothing to do with overall health. she looks perfectly healthy to me. thin does not equal underwieght, anorexic, undernourished or anything. similarily fat does not = lazy, unhealthy, and heart problems.

is it really that cancerous? because ive heard casein is found in human milk, and there is research linking human milk to DECREASE chances of having cancer. they even say that human milk is healthier than cows milk right? but than again my professor told me that humans create their own cancer in their bodies that our bodies discretely dispose of.

Wooow, now now don't get all mad up in here. Specially since you are much more prone to a heart attack than any Vegan.
Raw or not milk contains casein which is identified as the cancerous protein and grass fed beef is still red meat directly linked to stomach cancer. What I state is backed up by over 30 years of research from Dr Colin Campbell and others while what u say is backed up by none other than the followers of a mere dentist from Weston A Price foundation.

First of all, I'd look up hypocrisy in the dictionary. Then (to be blunt, or as you would call it, "angry"), ignorance. There was much LESS cancer, heart disease, obesity, etc., as long as people ate organic, and/or in the case of dairy, raw, with all the enzymes intact.
I've already explained above why I posted here in the first place. And since then, to answer your questions. But we'll have to agree to disagree.

Typical angry response from a Cave man :) I have been vegan for 2 years and I know those who have been doing it for most of their life time. All the studies on obesity, heart disease, cancer, diabetes have been directly link to animal and dairy consumption so I really don't need to argue with someone ignorant like u who doesn't know the facts. What are u doing trolling around in a vegan channel in the first place? Don't u have dedicated channels like epicmealtime?
