i meant to say 3 years out of domination. to be truthful Mooney would not play us again for 6 years. they cancelled the contract that we had for 2 years after the 3 straight years of knocking them out of the regional finals. we lost in the state in 89 to ironton 12 to 7 at the shoe!

I was at that Campbell memorial big red game that year. I'm a Campbell red devil fan. we where on our second year of complete turmoil for 17 years. We where 23 years out of state domination. i was on Campbell's 87 to 90 team. we went 38 and 2 and beat Mooney Ursuline and anyone in our way in division 3. that game there is still edged into my memory for ever not because of how we lost. it was the first and last time me and my dad sat together for our last game. he past a week later! Miss ya pop
