It's true but sadly Barbra is not the queen of high register and as you say she tends to avoid high notes 'cause she's scared to death of not being able to reach them, although she could, back in the day. She went higher than E5 live in the 60's and some few notes in the 70's. I haven't heard all of the 94 concerts so I can tell for the 90's. We all know that she doesn't usually warm up or make scales and with those note you have. No one is perfect

@musicguy713 Oh with out a doubt this women is one of the best belters ever.. but no dont think she has that title when it comes to the upper belts.

She usually lowers the key or alludes the high notes, even though she could do them easily. It seems the highest (from what I have heard) she's gone in live upper belting is E5...maybe Eb5. Maybe she belted an F5 in the Funny Girl era. Not sure, I'll have to do some looking lol.
