I spend a week in L'Ance-au-Clair Labrador when I was a teenager, that was a really nice experience.

When I was 12, (which was about 2 years ago) I had a job for the harbourmaster in Makkovik, Labrador (where I used to live) to go on "Porpoise Patrol" and heard the Porpoises away from the boats. It sometimes ment getting in the water and swimming with them. They are kind, gentle creatures. I named them, and shared my lunch with them every day. I live in BC now and miss my Porpoises very much. :(

I Was Purse Seining in Kodiac AK and we accidentally caught one.We Brought it into the skiff and petted it. It Was A life changing experience for me since the porpoise was so tame,his eyes were intelligent and it was very peaceful and calm,unlike a fish that goes thrashing around.This was truly the most magnificent animal and exhilarating experiemce I`ve ever had with a Cetacean. experience
