A few tips. (If you don't want me to help, just say). At the spring/spike balls at 1:09, jump and splash jump over the little blocks before the springs. Another thing, at 1:42, homing attack out of the flying pot to go faster, and the one after that, jump out sooner and you don't even have to hit the enemy. One more thing, at the rock part at 2:43, speed break to break through the rocks to go faster. Great video again. :D

Ways to improve always help, I won't be reuploading any of these videos because I could have got a better time or anything, as long as its gold. But thanks, I didn't think to Speed Break through those rocks near the end or to Splash Jump over the springs at the beginning. I was cautious about Jump Dashing out of the pot at 1:42 because the spikey balls hit me on the playthrough before that. (when I got a silver)... don't tell anyone

You can speed break through many places and save time:

-At the spiral vine(1:25)

-At the dinosaur(1:55)

-At the end(after 3:05)
