Nice house. Too bad you didn't use the starling resistant holes instead of the round ones. Maybe you don't have starlings in your area. They are a real pest here as well as English house sparrows.
how do you raise it? Crank? my grandfather made a 6 layer martin house one time and we use a Canilever system that works with a chain and pivit rod on 2 2x6s.. 22 feet long in the air... can't wait to post videos..... the problem with this house is that the martins are very picky.. some martins will fight and try to takea whole side to their self. gotta have porches... divided walls and holes far away.
