Killing Floor - 400 Patriarchs

I've never attempted modding on the Unreal Tournament engine before, and these mutators seem kinda fun. So naturally, my first though was, "What if I created a mutator that effectively increased the normal Patriarch amount (the normal amount being one) by approximately 400 times?"
