  • crazy project man... this one is gonna be pretty damn cool. Cant wait to see the details once there added to the dio. The sheer size of this thing is insaneeeee. Nice work with the pla plate for the cranes! Super accurate!

  • @kamniks Yea I'm pretty happy how the pla plates for the cranes came out, just wish it wasn't so time consuming. lol

  • Loving it so far Strike, and yeah 1/144's scale is around N scale in model RR... 1/100 is about HO scale sized based off of the little figure size that comes with some kits... Doing LED's on a diorama isn't all that hard, unless you're incorporating them into models. (My experience with model railroading, and making train layouts with electric lighting for buildings/street lights ext...) Overall digging the concept, wondering though you planning on taking this to a con?

  • @Bismarck0 Im just gonna put leds in the hanger area and no I'm not taking it to cons and stuff, it'll be to big! Just doing this for the fun of it. =D

  • Wooooow that is gonna be a BIG project!!!

Good luck with this bro! You've got a lot work and the last you have to afraid of is LEDs...

Inmo don't use mini batteries in that scale...just use a main power.

I can't wait to see this done!!!

  • @REBOOTYOURSELF100 well im not putting leds on the whole project, just the hanger area.

  • I so hope you use the new model comming out that was a msv from one year war they also used in unicorn love its elephant head <3

  • Looks insane! Plastistruct makes a girder or scafold type framing that can go around your support beams, you could use that rather than making them from scratch.

  • This sounds great! Great looking base for the dio, I love how much stuff you'll have going on. Can't wait to see some more work on this!!

  • Wow that a really cool project!! I'm sure it's gonna look epic!! Looking forward for the next update!...This gonna be so much fun to watch!!!

  • @123asd1 Just use a ruler and a miter box for angles.

  • @jabman025 Believe it or not, this started out as a small project! LOL

  • @ZR0Ver2 I have to save the best for last! :P
