wow super late reply.. but you're actually supposed to start from RFF. the input from there is:

1+2,~4(HOLD), 3~ dash...

you have to hold and buffer 4 so he doesn't kick when you switch stance in BT.. then right when you switch feet you hit ff immediately

To whiff attacks and to show off during a tourny to get the crowd amp'd up lol. It isn't as useful as it was in T3 and TTT, but you can still work some magic with it. An example is i do a alternate FS the 1st couple times and switch it up to a backwards FS 4 when they try to run for a free back attack.
