  • I love you. I wish that I could be more like you.

I loved Scars. Everything was so real. I've been through all of it. It's like you went inside my head and wrote what was in there. By far one of the best books I've ever read. Definitely in my top three. I'm so glad you wrote it, because it really helped me.

And, I'm glad you're still here with us.

  • @GirlNextDoor1300 Thank you, Lissa! I'm so glad you loved Scars; that felt good to read. I'm glad you told me. And thank you for your kind comments. I'm so sorry you've been through the same kind of stuff; it hurts so much. I hope you've got good people around you now. And I think you just have to be yourself. :) You matter.

    Take good care,

    Cheryl

  • I just finished reading this book, like two weeks ago. It was amazing. I think it was really great to use your own arm for the front cover. Brings the...realness out.

  • @XxLonelyRainnxX So glad you liked Scars! And thank you; I'm glad you think using my arm adds to the realness.

  • Cheryl, this video means more to me than any of the others which I have seen previously. Thank you for sharing your story to help us continue to create ours.

  • @CreateHealExpress Oh, thank you CreateHealExpress! (beaming) I'm so glad you found my video moving. It's important to me to reach others. Each of us matter, and we deserve to live, to heal, to keep working on making things better for ourselves.

  • I'm straight but my BEST FRIEND is a lesbian. and I love her too pieces. I see absolutely nothing wrong with being "a queer" I think it's beautiful. Everyone is beautiful. Your book really helped me, I use to self-harm. I cut, and burn. I use to be bulimic. I've been through plenty in my life. My dad abuses me physically, and I was raped twice as a little girl.

It feels good, and it changes lives to get my story out and to hear other's stories.

You are beautiful, strong, and an inspiration.

  • @raindew001 You're welcome. :]

  • @19jacinta88 Thank you, 19jacinta88; I appreciate that. (smiling at you)

  • I'm glad you're here with us today, Cheryl.
