I have never really seen the point in cooking food on skewers as you are just going to have to remove the food from the skewer in order to eat it anyway. It just seem like a way of making holes in the food for no real reason. It just seems added hassle and unnecessary. ALl that work just to then remove the food from the skewer in order ot eat it. Very time wasting
