In the following video clips, Mr. Jim Holland, a 66 year old Los Angeles-area businessman, who participated in the testosterone clinical trial and then opted for long-term usage, 'goes public' with his story to help others cope.
Jim had many of the usual symptoms of low testosterone, and tested positive by the ADAM questionnaire. He was found to have a low blood level of the hormone, and he has experienced improvement in his low-testosterone symptoms by treatment with the hormone.
Here he candidly relates his experience in an interview with his physician.

You will want to look into HRT, and ask specifically about Nadralone Deconate it really helps with joint pains, and other joint issues.
With exercises, you need to be extra careful on the movements, and progress so there is as little pain as possible. I suggest starting with movements where you are lying on the ground (ie hip extentions) then progressing into standing movements with less pressure on your knee (ie SB Wall Squats).

You should be able to. First try a fitness and nutrition program specifically designed to increase testosterone growth hormone and other "life hormones"
this should get you some great benefits. After a few weeks, send me an email, and I can set you up with a Hormone Doctor in your area. Check out my videos for Testosterone Boosting workouts

Even with HRT you need a fitness and nutrition program specifically designed to support hormone health. Alot of fitness programs out their will actually ruin hormone balance, even on HRT. The same is true of most diets out there that restrict calories, or promote low fat. Super low carb diets also can disrupt treatment. Check out my vids for testosterone boosting workouts

I think I've had the same since 14, what is the treatment, do you have to have it constantly eg shots of testosterone often? Btw I'm tired all the time, depressed, no libido etc. I'm 21 now.
