This is a conversation between Andy WY5V and Dick K5RJS, 100 watts, 7.195.00 mhz on a Kenwood TS-570. The antenna is a 40m delta loop about 18 feet off the ground with three sets of fiberglass poles. The contact distance was about 80 miles.
