He is not a leader, he is the manager. Ang isang leader ay di kailangang mag command. Di pa nya sinasabi, ginagawa na ng follower nya.

Integrity is a non-negotiable virtue of great leaders!

"It’s not enough to understand how everybody in the room thinks. You have to decide which ones in the room are right, and stand with them. A leader is not a mediator or an umpire or a convener or a facilitator.
Sometimes, as Chris Christie put it, “the president has got to show up."
With each equivocation, the man in the Oval Office shields his identity and cloaks who the real Barack Obama is." --Maureen Dowd, New York Times, June 26, 2011

Wow It is hard to believe Harvard has go so far down. Mandela did a good job. But Obama is no leader. He is destroying peoples lives with his extreme Socialism/Marxism and his "soaring rhetoric" are just empty words strewn about in the vast wasteland of his Presidency. It is an insult to Mandela's Accomplishments to put these two figure on the same plain! David there is no modesty, attractive or otherwise in Obama

good points..
I think Obama and Mandela have compelling stories. This video has cataloged--fairly well--- how they reached their political goals, but I am a bit miffed that you did not point out the obvious reason that both of these men are success stories---their greatest support systems were truly their Queens. There is no Nelson without Winnie. There is no Barac without Michelle. Those women were no "Barbara Bush" --- they are their hubands greatest assets.
