Oh, yeah, and I described Uino's fighting style as a mix of Hibiki and Reimu. Since Mai's style is a bit Hibiki-ish, that could explain Madness's observation.

Is it really rushed ? True, there are other, far better designed original characters for mugen, but Uino is one of drowin's better works, and yes, far better than that Setsuna obne. Still, my favourite character by him is Yuki.

Here's hoping he updates both Yuki and Uino.

This is Drowin's first and only (for now) original character right? Maybe that's why it seems rushed. Though his introduction video for Uino looked awesome.

Yeah, even the updated HNK chars were sad. Bars fixes yet ignored all the glitchs. Didn't even bother with his Q seeing as MUgen Historys is already good enough. I guess Drowin spent to much time on graphics then gameplay again. -_-
