1988) An often enticing and enchanting vocalist, Joyce Sims hasn't emerged as a disco diva with crossover appeal despite making some excellent singles. Born in Rochester, Sims formally studied music in college, learning a number of instruments. An agent introduced her to Ron Resnick of Sleeping Bag Records, who signed her in 1986. Her biggest hit was "Come Into My Life" in 1987, her only Top Ten record. But, both "(You Are) My All and All" and her remake of "Love Makes A Woman" with Jimmy Castor were finely crafted and nicely performed releases. What happened to music like this? It was cast'd out to introduce materialistic,bragging,me,me, music. The record labels eliminated all R&B,HIP-HOP, & funk groups after the 90's because it's easier to control 1 rather than 2 or more. Today there are a few good ''mainstream'' R&b & hip-hop artist but 85% of the industry is just watered down,shitty rapping or singing,bragging clowns whom produces music with NO LOVE,SOUL,SUBSTANCE,LONGEVITY ect. Give me the 60's through 90's funk,soul,& hip-hop.

This is a great tune - Who are the 29 that disliked this. A message to the 29 that disliked this - Have a listen to rubbish like (Hurts - Blind) and (Taio Cruze - Dynamite) and i guarantee you will click the like button to this tune. (By the way they are 2 songs that get right on my nerves) At least this is real music with great singing and depth to go with it.
