  • Does this apply to your own family? I find it hard when talking to my sisters sometimes as they lower my self esteem and confidence and my dad does sometimes , without thinking about it!

    Thanks for such a great question! This could easily apply to anyone's own family too-or any group of people who feel very differnt from you, but with whom, for whatever reason, you need to get on well.

  • I often have trouble with being myself when things go wrong , as my assertiveness goes , and its hard to pick myself up , from it!
