dont know if you know this but the words "double-double" and "animal style" are copywrighted by INO and the president of our company (i work at INO) mark taylor went into Chadders and ordered a "Double-Double animal style" and they served it to him calling it that, which gave the company another thing to sue them for. lol silly chadders

WOW! No wonder I-N-O is suing the bejeezus out of these fools. What were they thinking? The only downside to this is that nasty ass Utah is being graced with an I-N-O in order to restore their good name.
@pantherjad: The owners of I-N-O could have had a successful market position ANYWHERE IN MF-ING NORTH AMERICA for that matter. That's not the point. According to your reasoning because I-N-O didn't put a store there that makes it ok for some Utah yokels to copy it?

Upon further examination I have discovered that their fresh local ingredients and good control over quality requires them to have a lot of locations in a sort of network around a local supplier, thus one operation in Utah would be hard to support if they didn't have such control. Perhaps I judged too harshly. In any case, Utah would have been a great market (still is) years ago and they were the ones that didn't expand (of course they don't HAVE to--but if they don't they get beat, as they did)

i live in cali and went to school in utah and went to chatters. i agree its a rippoff but whoever says there burgers r bad, must not like in -n- out cuz its exactly the same.

Wow, no way they're ripping off in n out. I mean just because the layout of the tables is exactly the same, the order counter and drink machine are in the exact same place, the red and white wall pattern is exactly the same, the menu layout is the same, even the fucking windows are in the exact same place. No, in n out had NO right to sue them (this is all sarcasm by the way.)
