Molly Shannon Interview with Avi the TV Geek

Molly Shannon talks about her new show "Kath & Kim" for NBC, her work on Saturday Night Live and her work with the allergy foundation.

Being a huge "Scrubs" fan, I also asked her about her role as an ambulance driver. I was glad she talked that role.

I just found it amusing that a post that I made a year ago has gotten any attention now. You do seem to be rather angered by me and to be honest, I don't really get it. An off the cuff remark about a moronic actress seems pretty small. I haven't changed my opinion re: this remake. So what? U are pissed off 'cause I have the tenacity to have an opinion. I live in Australia and when this show was airing in America we where disgusted. If that makes me ignorant in your eyes, then im fine with that.

Ha ha I posted that a year ago, and to my credit just before that shows massive 17 episode run! Only the pilot episode aired in Australia because once again American studios take a great localised comedy and dumb it down and rape it of all its originality for a bland American sense of humor.

i love molly shannon and i watched a clip of the show but it was the ausy accent that made it so funny!! i cnt bring mysel to watch the new kath and kim :( it couldbe good but the original was unique
