Umidade versão 2 - instalação performática sobre o mito das Danaides.

Este é um vídeo-registro de trechos da segunda versão de "Umidade", uma instalação híbrida que combina elementos de performance em ambiente imersivo, baseada no mito grego das Danaides, especialmente do cumprimento de sua pena de encher caldeirões furados no Hades, por toda eternidade.
O trabalho foi apresentado em Junho/2011, em Anápolis(GO), no encerramento do II FAM - Festival Internacional Arte & Mídia, patrocinado pela Petrobras, em parceria com a Secretaria de Cultura Municipal.
A obra-processo foi concebida por Eufrasio Prates, que programou um sistema de transdução de som e imagem em Max/MSP/Jitter para converter movimentos em sons e imagens produzidos em tempo real, permitindo a interação dos três performers, Lívia Bennet, Samir Andreoli e Stephane Paula, assim como também do público.

This is a video register of excerpts from the second performing of "Umidade" (Humidity or Wetness), a hibryd of installation and live performance based on the Greek myth of the Danaids, especially the moment when they were condemned to fill leaking caldrons with water in the Hades.
This work was presented in 2011/June as the closure of the II FAM - International Festival Art & Media, in Anapolis/GO (Brasil), under the sponsorship of Petrobras in partnership of the Culture Secretary of the City of Anapolis.
Umidade was conceived by Eufrasio Prates, who programmed an automatic transducer system, developed in Max/MSP/Jitter, that converts movements in images and sounds in real-time, allowing the interaction of the three invited performers, Lívia Bennet, Samir Andreoli and Stephane Paula, and the participating audience as well.
