If I noticed someone driving behind me with a video camera I would be freaked out. Actually, this happened to me a few months ago driving home from work. I was driving next to this guy for about 15 minutes (we must live in the same neighborhood or something), and I was a little weirded out...tried not to look but it was so weird I couldn't help it...

America start to look act and sound like the old - "SOVIET-UNION" in Russia - I don't really get it whets happening here but it's effected me and my family so bad that I'm not sure if I ever recover from it (I see around me Russians Jews Mafia) around me acting and behaving like Bolsheviks or like the Gestapo -They seems nice to everybody but not to me (I think they are rude annoying and ignores)

maybe you the one with problems.. get a faster car and stay ahead if you feel safer.. we all know some people shouldn't even be on the road..just because you get paper that says you can drive ,DOESN'T nessesarily mean you can drive..i know people that have licences to drive semis but can't drive if thier lives depended on it..

I don't experience perpetrators driving on the road without a license plate, but I have experienced them surrounding me.
