Our thoughts drive most of the energy we put into our lives. When we consistently allow ourselves to think negatively about our lives, or the outcome of of our efforts, we will likely never change our behaviors. In order to change our selves, we must start with changing the way we think about ourselves. This isn't wishful thinking, it is statements of truth about what we ultimately love about ourselves. Find at least 5 things you love about your character or your body and commit to them. Don't wait until you are "perfect" to believe them!
