why are these corporations still allowed to operate with Medicare? constantly fined? they should be cut off from being able to do business with the government since they continue the fraud & abuse practices... just like the current SEC agreements to fines for the banks & Wall St. firms who have committed fraud of their stockholders & the US public!

End NASA? Oh, how short-sighted and naive. We depend on NASA for cosmological advancement in science and technology. No business is willing to take charge of a completely privatized, and virtually non-existent space exploration industry. It is simply too expensive to be a viable market. Investors would not fund it, especially in a recession. Dying instead of receiving government treatment is a sacrifice in vain. Also, I think you underestimate the power of innate human self-preservation.
