good grief they couldnt score.....and the ref needed to give that guy that scored a brake...it wasnt hand ball!

i'm not a ref but i play striker in high level soccer games. looking back at it now it could have been called either way, but usually when that happens to me i get called for a handball.

well i referee soccer for my rec league on 6 year olds and i have to agree

no, that was an obvious handball. i mean, without hitting it with his hand it would have gone passed him. a better striker would have scored that easy.

I'm a level 2 ref in China and I know what is a real handball. Only when the guy meant to touch the ball with hand or arm then it's a handball. The one in this video is only a coincidence. And also, there's a rule that the referee should protect the attacking team which means if you shouldn't judge it as a foul of the attacking team unless you are completely sure. The senior referees told us in the new referee's trainning class. I still remember that clearly.
