Here is the counting showing the transition from one stack of partisan ballots to another. Because the propositions end up in a different place on each partisan ballot, due to varying lengths of partisan contests, they decided to count those ballots in rounds so that the caller and caller-observers can better focus on the right part of the ballot. You can see the caller forget briefly which proposition she is calling out and the others remind her (it's good practice for everyone on a tally team to feel comfortable stopping the process at any point).
