We are proud to announce that a group of IV th grade Secondary students recently travelled to the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain to participate in a prestigious international forum on the topic of Corruption & Development. Our students; Daniel Merino, Rafael Tola, Jaime Carbajal, Santiago Tapia, Franciso Venegas, Esteban Ñañez and accompanied by their teacher, Dean Lenton were in Pamplona to share ideas and analyse the main topic in English with students from 21 other international schools from countries as diverse as Guatemala, Belgium, Luxemburg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany, Switzerland and of course, Alpamayo representing Peru.

During this trip which lasted 2 full weeks, our students also were able to explore the history of the countries visited and enrich their learning through significant cultural experiences. We visited many places of interest including the Campus of the University of Navarra, The city of Pamplona, the Spanish capital of Madrid and all the sites, the old medieval city of Toledo, the industrial powerhouse of Bilbao in Pais Vasco to the charming seaside town of San Sebastian in the north of the country. While there, the students also took advantage and visited Lourdes and Biarritz in France.
