"Pisa is a vertigo nightmare! Of all the incredible spires to climb, I decide to tackle the one that leans. It wasnt enough that children under 12 are not allowed without an adult to assist them up the stairs, the elderly are warned, and children under 4 not allowed at all. No, I still decided this was the one to venture up, and solo no less, since someone needed to stay with Elise. I entered without concern (some may say with naivete) only to stall at the first window I came to, roughly about the other side of the first turn, so as others may pass while I slowly continued up the stairs with my hands firmly placed on the walls. By the second turn I was officially motion sick but was figuring out my rhythm as I forced myself up while my body fell to hug one wall and then another. Leaning tower it may be, but spiraling nightmare is more fitting."
