The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is a poker tournament[2] held annually in Las Vegas. The first WSOP in 1970 was an invitational wherein Benny Binion invited six of the best known poker players to The Horseshoe Casino. At first, the WSOP grew slowly. It was twelve years before the WSOP drew 52 participants, in 1982.[2] In the early 1980s satellite tournaments were introduced allowing people to win their way into the various events for less than the full entry fees.[2] By 1987, there were over 2,100 entrants in the entire series.[2] Participation peaked in 2006, with 8,773 people participating in the Main Event alone.

Was an horrible play!! That idiot Swidler tried to bluff Lunkin and just got incredibly lucky!!. By the way Lunkin played horrible!. Having the nuts (pre flop) he should have reraised enough to make lunkin fold any mediocre hand. That's why you should neve slowplay aces, specially in a tournament where still are fishes around....
Ok. I misunderstood you. I really felt bad by Lunkin, same thing happened to me (more than) a couple of time on online tournaments. It doesn't matter how much you raise, there is always some fish who call and get lucky. I have to say that now I understand Phil Hellmuth when he call "idiot" to other players....
Your right, he thought he sensed weakness & he made a stupid play with 5 2. However, I thought it was a good play in terms of entertainment. Watching him make such a risky play & it paying off was entertaining.
