It's just a detailed explanation on how things work. Don't be a jerk into thinking account security is self explanitory, just because you are aware, There're still a lot of people out there who don't take this stuff serious enough.

@lebac you can only purchase them from the blizzard store. the mobile authenticator is purchaseable from the itunes store, android marketplace or from the blizzard website i believe. hope this helps :)
