@killreligion666 Koons has no skill at all just lots of money to pay to have his work made, same with Murakami- i went to the brooklyn museum to see his show which occupied the entire museum, my friend Ava was with me, she was visiting from poland and she said "oh i painted that entire pic" (she interned at Murakami) getting paidng 10 an hour, then to only be sold for 50,000$ where does the money go????? art is a scam in new york city, needs to be occupied lol

@popeyeisgood i would have to disagree, that Koons, murakami are even more of scam artist then Kehinde- at least kehinde can actually paint a realistic portrait (which does take some time to master) (and does at least touch his own canvas at some point even if its just to paint an eyelash).

but at least the spectrum of the latter two are more ambitious and diverse in terms of variety of art. i still think that they are all way too overrated and overly worshiped. their art work do not care a tint of personality but the stinks of big corporation and money.

agree. and in kehinde's case it is worse than let say murakami, or even koon. kehinde is making simple portrait painting that could have been done by any one who knows how to draw and paint traditionally. yet he needs to out sources his shit to china for the do all the decorative background with their sweat shop labors. how pathetic is that. i am not saying and that murakami or koon hasnt done simiply practice

I hear now he has the majority of the work produced in his China studio, and if u think this guys alone, all big name artists are fake for all u idiots who go to museums and think your looking at an artist actual hand made work, its a scam just like everything else in america. koons, murakami, same situation

anyone who thinks this guy is anything close to amazing basically knows nothing about art.

he is technically inadequate and conceptually empty. so what made him so successful? rich retarded people with greedy dealers knowing how to manipulate different kinds of media, with the hot subject like gay, black and ghetto all mixed up together and you got yourself a kehinde wiley.
